By accessing or using RuledCraft ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Definitions

• Service refers to the RuledCraft website and its generators.
• User refers to any individual accessing the Service.
• Content refers to the PDFs and templates generated by the Service.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service for lawful purposes only. You are permitted to download and use generated PDFs for personal, educational, or commercial purposes, but you may not resell the raw unedited template files or pass them off as your own creation without significant modification.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its codebase, design, and web interfaces, are owned by RuledCraft. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the generated output (PDFs).

5. Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content or results obtained through the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL RULEDCRAFT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RuledCraft against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

8. Modification Rights

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the latest update at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Delaware. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the applicable courts of Delaware.
